Is A Red Spot With White Head On The Penis A Concern?
Question: A red spot surrounded by white that is not painful on the head of my penis for about going on 2 weeks. No other symptoms , does not hurt to pee.

There has been no pain or itching. I had only had 1 partner and the last sex i had with her was a month ago .

Thanks for the image. I have reviewed the image and think this is probably a fungal infection. I will recommend miconazole 2% cream to be applied twice daily for a week, Let me know how it goes and let me see further images at day 5 and day 10 after starting treatment.
