Brief Answer:
You need to take medication

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

You have elevated blood pressure now.
If it is the first time you need to take medication now. You can take another half tablet of losartan (25mg) or if you have some diuretic at home you can take half dose of it. But if you have complains I would advise you to go ER.
You should see your doctor if you continue to have high blood pressure repeatedly, in this case there will be need of dose adjustment for your medication.

Hope I could help you
