Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that your blood pressure is very well with in normal recommended range for adults.

The recommended range of blood pressure is less than 140/90 mmhg and should not be lower than 100/60 mmhg in a healthy individual.

Your neighbour knowledge needs to be refreshed.
