Brief Answer:
Lymphoma

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I apologize for late reply.
Let me clear here that although your query and reports are related to gastroenterology, I suggest you (from my interpretation of your reports) that you should consult medical oncologist
1) Your investigations revealed enlarged liver, hugely enlarged spleen, abdominal lymph-nodes with symptoms of fever. What about appetite, weight loss, abdominal pain?
2) Primarily this suggest your relative might have lymphoma type of cancer (just possibility) based on findings of enlargement of reticulo-endothelial system organs (spleen, lymph nodes, liver).
3) Staging of lymphoma is based on locations of lymph nodes involved, involvement of spleen, involvement of liver.
4) PET scan has crucial role in this by detecting affected lymph nodes because PET scan pick up such lymph nodes with high metabolic activity
5) Treatment of lymphoma is chemotherapy and survival after therapy is excellent. Treatment protocol, treatment duration is based on staging of lymphoma.
6) I also recommend to consult medical oncologist first and then only to undergo PET scan as per his/her advice
