Is A HIV 1 And HIV 2 RNA PCR Test Done At 45 Days Conclusive?

Question: Doctor i have exposure three months back gone to dance bar . I was wearing clothes and she weari.ng jeans and top nude. I am on top of her wearing clothes. During that period i ejaculated inside my clothes. After that instance i have following test hiv 1 and hiv 2 RNA PCR test and his duo at 45 days and his rapid estate 90,100,110 days.all came back negative.during that i have following symptoms lost 3 kg weight,hives on hand coming and going in half an hour several times .mouth ulcers and also piles,pus filled postules around nose. Please advise

Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
The mode described cannot transmit HIV. As the tests of RNA pcr and duo are negative and antibody tests are repeatedly negative you are free from HIV .So you can totally allay fears of HIV and forget the incident.
The symptoms of hives are due to allergy and is not related to HIV.
Piles and other symptoms are non specific and not related to hiv.
Anxiety and reduced diet intake can lead to some weight loss which is not significant .relieve your anxiety and stress.
So you take balanced diet with High fibre diet.take Vitamin B complex tablets daily.
Check for allergies .

I read in Internet there is late seroconversion stage and virus not detected even after years. Also I have skin infection one docter told me I have seborraic dermattis small small postules come and go .Please advise

Seborheic dermatitis is not specific of HIV. You need not relate it to HIV .

Late seroconversion is the tests become positive or the antibodies appear late after around 6-9 months of exposure. It is rare. I have not seen such cases.
