Brief Answer:
All the investigations are negative of HIV take out the fear

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic

As you have undergone HIV 1 and 2 and P24 COMBO (CMIA) test at around 66 days, 77 days and 85 days of possible exposure and the test has come as negative for HIV antigen and antibody. It means that antibodies to HIV 1 / 2 have not been detected in the sample.

Incubation period of HIV virus is maximum of 90 days, don't worry as your result has come negative after 87 days of possible exposure. It is 100% conclusive that your are negative for HIV infection. You take out the anxiety from your mind and be relaxed.

I would suggest you to be careful with practices of unprotected sex, personal protection measures are very important with disease like HIV/AIDS.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back to Healthcare Magic,

As you have undergone CMIA and western blot testing, definitely these tests are done to detect the antibody against the HIV antigen if any, as you done these tests on 60 days, 77 days and 85 days of possible exposure in the reputed Lab and the test has come as negative for HIV antibody.

This is enough to suggest that you are free from HIV. Don't bother much in this regard but you should be careful in future with practices of unprotected sex.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Reason for loss of weight should evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

The Running nose and cough is may be due to upper respiratory tract infection. As you are negative for HIV antibody you are HIV negative but the reasons for loss of weight are many which requires complete evaluation from your doctor.

For running nose and cough you can take nasal decongestants and cough syrup like Syp Ambrodil. But these medications can be taken after consulting your doctor.
Thank you.
