Question: cK level at 249. Should I be concerned?
Peripheral neuropathy/left side in pain/predominantly hand/arm/feet/neck

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your problem I will like to tell you that this CK level is not very high. Best way will be to repeat the test after 15 days and see the trend. Other way is to test other muscle enzymes like LDH, Aldolase, SGOT etc to see if they are also raised or not. If we find something of significance then we will evaluate further.
