Question: Well i wanted to follow up on a result, breast MRI was done and said area is the same size no change follow up in one year. Should i still biopsy it? Its 6mm and has not changed or they didnt recommend biopsy. Should i still biopsy it? Does breast cancer stay stable and grow slow or does it grow fast or change.

Brief Answer:
Hello. Follow up is ok

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. So a 6mm lesion which doesnot grow and is stable , for all practical.purposes is most likely benign and not cancerous. No need to worry. Get a mammogram done once in an year. Thats all you require.
Thanks
