Is Vit B 12 Deficiency Possible After Child Birth Followed By Heavy Periods?

Question: Is it possible im b12 deficiency? I am six months post baby. Have a gluten and dairy free diet and have mirena iud. After a two week heavy period I am very lighyheaded. Anxious. Nausea. Alot of b12 symptoms.
