Coming on to your question,there is absolutely no role of strocit and piracetam 3 months after a stroke,2 years is so far.I say with absolute certainity- stop strocit plus and piracetam.

Only medicines to continue-
1)If it was 'infarct-see the CT or MRI report'-ecosprin and atorvastatin to continue life long(except in case of some surgery,major bleeding-it needs to stop then but with a physician's guidance)
2)If it was'brain hemorrhage' associated with hypertension-antihypertensive medicines.
3)Physiotherapy and speech therapy to continue.
4)Perindopril plus indapamide(Coversyl plus) but with regular Blood pressure monitoring.It prevents future strokes.
5)Calcium vitamin d combination.
6)Vitamins may or may not be given,don't matter much.
7)Diabetes medicines(like glimepride here).

Take all medicines under a physician or neurologist's guidance.

Thanks for being in follow-up.

I am telling you a provisional prescription, but take medicines under a physician's supervision.

1)No ecosprin as it was a hemorrhage and ecosprin promotes bleeding as it is antiplatelet drug.
2)Tab.Atorva 20 mg once a day in evening.

3)Tab.coversyl plus 4/1.25 once a day early morning ,with regular BP monitoring.
4)Tab calinept-d once a day anytime.
5) Tab. Riconia 1 once a day anytime.
6) Tab.Amitop 10 mg at the time of sleep- depression seems to be associated your mother.It will take care,though may cause sedation in initial couple of days.
7) Diabetes medicines tailored according to blood sugar.
8) Regular physiotherapy and speech therapy.

Again, all of these are prescription medicines. Please discuss with her treating doctor before proceeding any further.

To the point,
Medicines to be given lifelong are atorva, coversyl plus (with Blood pressure monitoring) and anti-diabetes medications at the said dosages (but all the treatment is to be supervised by your physician as it is a provisional prescription only).

'Amitop' can be stopped once her mood stabilises. Calinept-D and Riconia to be continued for about few months and as her feeding is normal (a healthy nutritious diet according to her age), these can be discontinued.

Physiotherapy need to continue till optimal limb functions are achieved.
