Question: hi doctor
from toady morning I have cold and continues sneezing with watery eye....planning to take sinarest or citizene....pls suggest which one is good....

Cetrizine is non-sedative anti-allergic and I find it better.

Secondly sinarest is a combination medicine. It contains anti-allergic that is sedative. It also contains paracetamol for fever and other contituents for cold .

If its bad cold plus fever then take sinarest. If its mild then take cetirizine.
