Second time,age-18 months XXXXXXX 2018.
Bodyweight:12 kg ,Height:85 cm

From last one month i am giving her reckweg R87 antibacterial drops,3 drops thrice a day for 3 consecutive days in a month as a preventive medicine. Now allopathy doctors are planning to give her antibiotics daily in small quantities as a preventive measure after DMSA scan. I dont want to give allopathy antibiotics for long term as these have side effects. My daughter is highly prone to urine infection(bacterial infection).my queries are:
1)     please recommended me the maximum dose of r 87 dose, or any other homeo medicine daily as a preventive measure so that she doesnt catches urine infection?Last time she had e.coli bact.infection.
2)     please recommend me some immunity booster homeo medicine?

Brief Answer:

Scwabe Alpha WD Immuno Stimulator can be considered as an alternative

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As per the description gave the possibility of a significant structural abnormality of the genitourinary tract is very high.

For R87, 3 drops 3 times daily for 3 days once a month for the first 2 years of life can be used as a preventative measure. There is however no maximum dose defined or identified.

Scwabe Alpha WD Immuno Stimulator: German homeopathic formula with proven homeopathic medicines to enhance the body’s resistance power can be used as a supplement or substitute

It's advisable not to focus on the allopathy vs Homepathy.

It should not be the point of debate here, although I will certainly guide you on the relevant requirements of yours.

Recurrent Urinary tract Infection in your child is not related to hygiene or hydration as per your hypothesis.

It's very important to consider the following investigations in your child at the earliest.

DMSA +/- Ultrasound abdomen
Urine culture and sensitivity

Recurrent Urinary tract Infection is predominantly caused by E coli and other bacteria

The predominant renal condition that should be suspected in your child is VUR (Vesicourethral reflux). The treatment of VUR depends on the stage of the disease. Initial stages are treated conservatively. Middle stages are treated with antibiotics. Late stages are treated with Surgery only.

Homeopathic remedies don't follow these guidelines. The price point in your case should be both cure and prevention, not prevention alone by the use of immune drops.

So as a parent your prime responsibility should direct towards identifying the cause of recurrent urinary tract infection. You shouldn't be stubborn in your thinking and approach in your child with regards to allopathic medicine.

Please don't worry about the side effects of allopathic medicine. Your doctors will identify the optimal dose and Antibiotic therapy with high efficacy and safety profile.

With regards to your last question - Question no 3, the possibility of low calcium and vitamin D deficiency should be suspected. Hence relevant tests have to be taken before treatment is planned.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
