Is Pembrolizumab Effective In Treatment Of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer?
Question: my father has non small cell lung cancer with bone mat, is PEMBROLIZUMAD can work with these case ? what is the success rate ?

It is normally a well tolerated drug( Monoclonal antibody) if used in an appropriate dose.
Usual side effects include fatigue, cough, nausea, vomiting, skin rash, abdominal pain,decreased appetite,constipation,joint pain,fever etc.
It may interact with other medication also, so please consult your treating physician for the same.

The drug is given in dosages of 2 mg/ kg IV infusion for 30 min. Period 3 weekly.
Treatment can be contributed until the disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
Cost of treatment is 12500dollars per month or 150,000 dollars per year.
