Is OraQuick HIV Test Done 152 Days Post Exposure Conclusive?

Question: I made the biggest mistake of my life on jam 28. 2015. I let a stripper have unprotected sex with me for no longer than 20 seconds then I made her stop. I had a full std panel done at 2 weeks after. Everything came out negative for hiv, siphilis etc. I had a sore throaght for a while that's all.I took a oraquick at home test at 8 and 10 weeks negative.. I also took one about two weeks ago 4 months after and also negative. I have a family a wife and young son I don't want to infect them. I read I'm am concludive negative. Your thoughts please I'm freaking out. Everything from a pimple to a cough I think is hiv. I live in XXXXXXX kentucky. I don't believe I would have 4 false negative tests do you? Am I 100% ok? I took another oraquick test yesterday I got from a different store and this was also nrgative 152 days post exposure am I ok?

The STDs panel tests are negative after 2 weeks.You did not have any other symptoms. So most of stds are ruled out.
Syphilis and hepatitis B tests can be repeated again to relieve your anxiety.
HIV oraquick test is repeatedly negative and is negative after 3 months. It is considered conclusive. You are free from HIV from that exposure.
There is no need for further HIV tests.

There is no possible way for 4 false negative oraquick oral test is there? I can rest easy I'm hiv clean?

I just don't understand why it said 92% in identifying hiv postive people but 99.8 on hiv negative. I am assuming that 4 hiv oraquick oral tests is conclusive and I can move on with my life sir?

Could you clarify why it states that? And would 4 of these test be conclusive and seem no further testing?

The test is very sensitive test.So it has higher rates of detection even if person is negative.
It is less specific test.There are chances of false positive results. So it has lesser rates if positive.It needs to be confirmed by specific tests.

So I'm good though I wouldn't have 4 false positive tests from this outside the window period would I? Have you ever heard or seen this?

What kind of symptoms would I be looking for right now if I were infected?

I do have diarrhea from time to time but no weight loss and have had 4 negative tests
