Is Meftal P And Flexon Safe To Take With Milk?

Question: My child who is 2.5 years old is having high fever and he is not taking medicine. Please suggest if we can mix Meftal P or Flexon with milk.

Pls tell if Meftal P or Flexon or crocin can be mixed in milk.
