HEP B is serious infection which is caused by hepatitis b virus.
Every year many thousand people die of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer caused by hepatitis B. People who are chronically infected can infect others even if they don't look or feel sick.
You must definitely get this vaccine.
It is given in three doses in a span of 6 months.

Hello,
This vaccine won't harm you rather it will protect you from getting hepatitis B.
It protects the person from getting hepatitis B by producing antibodies in the body.
One can know whether he is infected by hepatitis B or not by getting tested for it.
