Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

The maximum serological window period of HIV is 100 days. As the test done on 156 day is negative and there has been no further exposure , HIV is certainly ruled out.
ESR is a non specific test and is raised in many condition, it is not a marker for HIV infection.
Rest be assured there is no cause for concern for concern.
