Brief Answer:
It is conclusive that you are HIV Free.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.Thanks for posting your query.
To answer you question, You need not have a doctor practicing at U.S., as it is a very basic question and have the same universal answer. Moreover we all follow mostly the Guidelines given by CDC XXXXXXX and W.H.O guidelines.
I am practicing HIV medicine since 25 years and attended many national and international conferences on HIV where Experts from US used to share.

Regarding your question; The Window period for HIV disease is under normal circumstances not more than 12 weeks and even in unusual situation it never goes beyond six months. There is no possibility for anybody to become HIV reactive 6 months after their high risk activity. You had your HIV test twice or thrice after 3 months of your risky contact and were negative for HIV. All these testS are highly reliable more than 98%. Double negative tests made it very much conclusive up to 100% sure that you are free from both HIV 1 &2.
If you have more doubts, feel free to ask.
