Brief Answer:
HIV 2 to be ruled out after 12 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

HIV PCR test after 7 weeks and 4 days and the 4th generation test after 74 days are more conclusive as far as HIV 1 is concerned and which is the most commonest type of infection throughout the world other than in XXXXXXX HIV 2 is a very rare possibility (less than 1%), has to be ruled out by another 4 th generation test or any other rapid HIV test with HIV 1&2 Antibody test, 90 days after the high risk activity and that totally eliminates the possibility of HIV 1&2 with you.
Antibiotics have no effect on the HIV test interpretation or antibody formation. So you need not worry about the same. Itching over skin, Diarrhea, Tonsillitis are quite common problems any one can have even without HIV and they are not HIV indicating disease. You are 100% sure of free from HIV 1.
