Brief Answer:
Please provide more information for better assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I share your concern
You need not to be depressed, chances of HIV transmission is very very low with just a single exposure.

Since your test results are also negative so just relax.
Redness of the scrotum might be related to inflammation or infection and trauma to the testis if you can provide me following details so that I will be able to tell you precisely
Since how long you have this issue
Is it in both the testis or one side only?
Are you having any kind of pain or discomfort in testis?

Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately.
Best wishes

Welcome again
Since how long you have this issue
are you having any kind of pain or discomfort
If possible upload a photograph,

This might be related to inflammation of the skin of testis
Since I can't physically examine you so until you will not tell me all these details, it will not be feasible for me to tell you accurately.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again
You need not yo be depressed
Don't think about HIV only, since your reports are negative so you need not to worry

You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision so visit your doctor again if you are not getting any relief with allegro and ointment.

Maintain good hygiene, keep it clean and wash regularly with antiseptic soap or solution.
