Brief Answer:
It's safe during pregnancy

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Candid ear drops are safe during pregnancy, but you must be sure if it is a fungal infection or not, as Candid or Clotrimazole is an anti-fungal ear drop.

If earache remains, then you may consider an ENT visit for evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

If the pain has gone, then there is no need for further usage. Clotrimazole is safe in second trimester pregnancy and there would not be any issues pertaining to a single day usage.

Hope I have answered your query.
