Brief Answer:
HIV status negative. No need for any STD testing

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX

Welcome to health care magic.

I have gone through your detailed query and I understand your anxiety regarding HIV infection.

Let me assure you that you are definitely HIV negative based on the test results you have mentioned in your query.

Coming to your symptoms about generalised weakness, these symptoms could be due to the stress regarding your HIV status.

Regarding blisters on hands, I agree with your treating dermatologist as eczema is a very commonly occurring condition and usually self limiting.

I do not see any need for STD testing as you do not have any symptoms suggestive of the same.

Quit worrying unnecessarily and be cautious in the future and avoid encounters which puts you at risk of exposure to sexually transmitted diseases.

I hope I have cleared your doubts.

Please get back if any more clarifications.

Thanks.
