Question: Hi, I have a mild case of cerebral mostly effecting my left side. I am high cognitive functioning and the only outwardly sign of the cp is I walk with a slight limp on my left side. I stretch everyday but notice the spasticity gets bad in the winter. I was looking to anti spasticity medicine and came across baclofen. is this medicine addictive, also is it appropriate for long term use?

Baclofen, tolperisone or tizanidine can be used regularly for long term. No dependence.
Botox injection is also an option with effect lasting for 6-8 months.
