Brief Answer:
bp needs control but other aspects relatively ok

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

To assess weight for height , the BMI is used . Your BMI is 26.4, which is just into the overweight zone which is considered to be a BMI of over 25 to 30.

Since it is just over, it should be ok once there is no further weight gain and there are no complications such as high cholesterol , diabetes.

The blood pressure is high and needs to be controlled. The guidelines for blood pressure control have changed , for persons over 60, the blood pressure goal is now less than 150/90.
This means that you blood pressure is above this target and could cause complications associated with high blood pressure

High blood pressure is controlled by diet , exercise and medication.

Your doctor can reassess your blood pressure to see if it remains above goal, meaning medication is needed.

Summary: (1) BP needs to be reduced
(2)weight just into overweight zone but this may be ok once bp reduced and cholesterol ok and no diabetes
(3)pulse is good

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
