Brief Answer:
Its a safe drug for kids

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Welcome to the HCM

Azax is a safe drug in kids. We advice it on several occasions when there is a suspected bacterial infection in kids. You may give it to your child if the cold and fever is persistent.

It may cause upset stomach and allergic reaction in rare cases.

Also, I would recommend you to give Dolo 500 instead of 650 to your son. Also, give an antihistamine such as Chlorpheniramine or fexofenadine for cold.

Hopefully this will help you. I would be glad to help you in any further questions.

Take care
