Brief Answer:
Vitamin B complex and magnesium supplements can be tried

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service,

Treatment of cramps normally should depend on the possible cause of them but if you have no other conditions and no neurological symptoms (no weakness or numbness, no muscle tremors) than very likely cramps are not related to a clear cause and some measures can be tried at home:
- Taking B complex vitamin which contain at least 30 mg of B6 vitamin is found to help with cramps in at least 85% of patients
- Magnesium supplements can be tried as well, they are found to be effective for cramps
- Diltiazem is a drug that may help and can be used as treatment for cramps.
- Other drugs like carbamazepin and gabapentine are tried and found effective in some patients but these should be the last resort, only if the above are not giving a good result and after having a good neurological examination and some blood tests
- Keeping well hydrated might be helpful as well especially if cramps are related to exercises, in this case sport drinks might be even more helpful as they do substitute both water and electrolytes lost with exercise.

If the supplements (B complex and magnesium) and keeping well hydrated are not helping enough it is always advisable to have a check with your doctor to rule out important causes of cramps and possibly have a thorough physical examination and some blood tests (CBC, electrolytes, ERS, TSH, glucose, kidney function tests, liver function tests, etc).

I hope this answers to your query.
