Infant Is Diagnosed With Rotavirus. Has Cold, Diarrhea And Vomiting Problem. Should I Consult A Doctor?

Question: 21month old has a cold and has a temperature for 3 days. she was diagnosed with rotavirus last week after visiting doctor and giving a stool sample as she had vomiting and diarria. Is this still part of the virus or should i visit doctor again

Rota virus usually causes only gatro enteritis.

This must be a separate illness.
Better to show her to the doctor if there is no improvement in 48 hrs after fever with paracetamol.
