In The Past I Have Found Some Of My Best
HOWEVER, I cannot seem to tolerate the sedation. Even 100mg gabapentin at night can leave me weak and confused the next day. I know people take much higher doses.
I also take 100mg Lamictal (I have taken varying doses of this since 2005), and between .25 and .5 mg klonopin (8 years)...plus one antidepressant or another. Would this be enough create an overlap effect that would impair me so much? If I take the lamictal close to my celexa I can also get very impaired.
I was able to tolerate the gabapentin a little better when I was also taken parnate and a low dose stimulant. Right now, adding a stimulant to my current regimen doesn't really help with the impairment.
Follow up.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back to me.
Although there is valid question but on our part it is just a hypothetical questions as little data is available on drug interactions. Even where the data is available they are laboratory based and rarely real life experience for most medications.
Personally I feel that Drug drug interactions are much more than what we know on current date. There is good possibility that the drug interaction vary significantly with different plasma levels of medications and may change over the period of hours or days when the metabolism is affected.
There is good possibility that current set of medications lead to unpleasant experience with Zyprexa.
However the beauty of our metabolism is that it accommodates many things over the passage of time. The particular mechanism either accentuates or suppresses in a manner which is beneficial for being. Considering this fact I feel holding for some more time can help us in dealing with problems while removing the unpleasant experiences.
I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
