Question: Im underweight and have been trying to gain weight all my life currently 28 yo at 65kg (183cm) want to be 80kg but no matter how hard I try cant seem to get past 68. A week ago, I started a plan to gain weight using trt at 100mg test e per week, spilt in to 2 doses 3 days apart at 50mg, but who injected me made the mistake of injecting all of the 100 at once, an hour later im significantly bigger and bulky, but I could feel that it was too much for me to handle so 3 days later I made the decision to only inject 25mg which I also could feel it took effect in my system, but today I injected 50mg along with 300iu hcg and didnt feel anything and I actually lost a few kgs since the first injection.. I know i fucked up the protocol from the start but why is this happening and what should I do to fix it? ( stop trt and hcg for couple of weeks or continue with them and increase the dosage )

Brief Answer:
I suggest to stop TRT and HCG for a couple of weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The loss of weight can be related to the high dose of testosterone which was injected.

Testosterone can improve the metabolism of the system and reduce the fat tissue.

So, I suggest to stop TRT and HCG for a couple of weeks.

Meanwhile, I suggest to use a diet rich of protein, carbohydrates and fats.

Testosterone + HCG, when combined with diet and exercise, can improve body composition in men.

You can restart the TRT after a couple of weeks.

Hope my answer was helpful.
