Question: I’m losing weight randomly. In January I weighed around 128, now I weigh 102. I’m nauseous everyday, and dizzy. My periods became irregular even though they used to come like clock work. My heart always feels like it’s going to explode. And I get headaches everyday. Also, I am only 22 years old.

Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Detailed evaluation is required to find out the exact cause.
As per your description thyroid hormone dysfunction most likely hyperthyroidism is a possible cause.
As of now you can go for a thyroid function test(TFT) to check whether your hormonal status is normal or not.
Do you have any anxiety related issues because anxiety can be a cause and it can worsen the symptoms.
Hormonal dysfunction like PCOS(polycystic ovarian syndrome) can also cause similar symptoms.
Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety.
Kindly follow up with TFT results.
Thanks
