Question: I’m having a spasm pain on my left neck or left side of my neck and it runs to my shoulder started last night and it’s still happening I did sleep but I woke up in the pain is still there

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think this can be related to a pinched nerve on the neck (radiculopathy ). It can be caused by changes on the spine due to degenerative disc disease ,bone spurs ect.
You may need to use anti-inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen or naproxen for pain.
Use muscle relaxers such musxoflex.
Use warm compresses on neck and shoulder.
