Question: I'm concerned that over the years I've been living with MS, as well as others in my family. I'm 22 y/o male that has occipital neuralgia, tingling/minor numbness, lack of balance, muscle aches, and occasional bladder retention (takes me some time to go). I'm here bc of the coronavirus and seeing what I can do at this point in time to get some answers, thanks!

Brief Answer:
Methylcobalamin supplements can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
MS is a chronic problem and the treatment is mostly done according to the severity of symptoms. You can start with methylcobalamin supplements to decrease the numbness. Do try to improve your immunity by taking regular vitamin C and a healthy diet. If you are taking any immunosuppressant agents like steroids or methotrexate then you can consult your physician and request him to reduce the doses if possible. Regular physiotherapy will also help in dealing with the muscle aches and spasms.
I hope this answers your query.
