I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

There has not been a concrete medical evidence but yes there have been multiple reports which have linked a false positive urine screening test for tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in patients receiving Pantoprazole and other proton pump inhibitors.
The exact mechanism of this result is still unknown.
There is a high level of suspicion because Pantoprazole takes 4-5 days to get eliminated from the body and a repeat test in such patients was negative thereafter.
So it has been shown that some cannabinoids immunoassays are susceptible to cross-reaction errors due to presence PPI metabolites in urine.
