Brief Answer:
Another endoscopy after 1 yr of the first is usually recommended

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

There's a discrepancy in your query. You have mentioned about gastric and duodenal polyp and asked about further colonoscopy. But upper GI endoscopy and not colonoscopy is done for looking at stomach and duodenum. So my answer will address on whether you will need another upper GI endoscopy.

As your endoscopy earlier had revealed two small polyps and biopsy done was benign, no polypectomy or polyp removal was done. So in this scenario, another endoscopy after 1 yr is recommended just to be sure that those have not grown and nothing new has come up. It appears that already 5 yrs have passed. So I would recommend another endoscopy at this time.

Hope this helps.
Regards
