Question: I%E2%80%99ve had these bumps on my penis for many years. The research I%E2%80%99ve done says they%E2%80%99re from hair folicals but I rarely have hair grow from them. It has never affected my sex life but I am self concious about them. Can you explain what they are and if I can remove them from home?

Brief Answer:
Fordyce spots

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be fordyce spots which are sebaceous glands of the penile skin.
It is a physiological condition which is harmless.
You need to consult a dermatologist and get them removed by radio frequency ablation.
There are no home remedies for it.

Dr Asmeet
