Brief Answer:
Avoid eating late, raise head of bed, avoid meals which provoke this

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed your information fully. Acid reflux, in most cases, can be managed through lifestyle and dietary modifications with medications reserved for persistent or severe symptoms.

For diet, I will suggest you avoid meals that either provoke or make your symptoms worse. There is no one dietary plan that works for every one. Keep a food diary, match food types with symptoms and favor those that cause minimal or no symptoms over those with more distressing symptoms. Spicy meals, coffee, alcohol and smoking make reflux symptoms worse. Kindly avoid them.

On lifestyle measures, avoid huge meals. Prioritize frequent meals in small quantities. Avoid lying down/flat or bending soon after meals. Endeavor to use a pillow at night or raise the head of the bed. Finally, avoid late night/bedtime meals.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me. above all, let me know how your symptoms do following these changes.
