Question:
I%E2%80%99m and otherwise healthy male in my 30s. i had a sexual encounter with a woman i dont know well early sunday morning. we used a condom during intercourse but did not during oral sex. as of monday evening, i noticed many (20-30) very small red bumps (size of a pinhead, maybe slightly larger) all over the pubic bone region of my torso. there were 2-3 small bumps by the base of the shaft of my penis, as well, but nothing up the shaft pr on the glans. the bumps do not itch or hurt in any way. if the bumps were there before sunday i did not notice them at all, and believe that i would have given their number at this po

in the past, i have had molloscum for approximatwly 1 year in 2014, and frequent contact dermatitis type issues, where i freaked out and thought i had an std, but my doctor told me it was dermatitis and to use antifungal creams and it went away.

my question is, what is the chance this is herpes? my female partner was pushing on my pubic bone very hard during sex - could it be dermatitis related, as it has been the case in the past?

i will go to my gp in person but it is a holiday in the states and be books a week out, im trying to get an opinion from someone online before then. thank you.

Brief Answer:
Mostly could be due to Allergy To Vaginal secretion

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted you have developed multiple small red bumps over pubic are after having protected intra vaginal sex and oral with unknown woman..

The red bumps that you have are mostly due to allergic reaction to Vaginal Secretions being leaked over pubic area(Allergic Dermatitis).

There are no possibility of STD or Herpes infection .

Use topical steroid cream like Candid cream for a week ..

Ensure to wash the genitals and pubic area with warm water twice daily.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
