I Would Like Some Information Or Questions Answered. I Had

Question: I would like some information or questions answered. I had shoulder pain for months and lots of inflammation..MRI showed bursitis, tendonitis, and several tears and frozen shoulder. However the MRI noted several shotty axillary lymph nodes wth some suggesting cortical thickening. MRI report suggested breast imaging and ultrasound of nodes. Also, possible ct scan of chest and abdomen.

Today I had a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound of axillary nodes. Afterwards I met with the PA and she only stated that this was not breast cancer and suggested I have the ct scan as suggested on MRI and she couldn't answer any more questions as she is a breast doctor and can't guess on a diagnosis. She did mention the lymph nodes were very deep and the ultrasound lady said she had to press hard to see them. She mentionedthe characterics of the nodes being the concern and not really the size. I am not sure if that information comes from the MRI or from the ultrasound. I am so concerned now thinking I have cancer. If the lymph nodes looked suspicious of cancer how can the doctor be sure it is not breast related? How can they assume it is another cancer? Would the ultrasound have indicated that the lymph nodes looked cancerous? If the lymph nodes looked normal I am assuming she wouldn't of mentioned the CT scan. What should I take away from this? Is it likely that I have cancer but it is not breast cancer? Can lymph nodes look suspicious and not be cancer? I am so anxious now.
