Brief Answer:
Since the fever is persisting for longer than 2 weeks, must get looked at.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have read your query carefully and understand your concern. I appreciate your effort to seek help here.

Since the fever has persisted for more than 2 weeks, it is a must to get yourself examined properly by a physician to rule out Typhoid, Malaria, pneumonia etc.

A complete blood workup is required and hospitalisation will be required.

In my honest opinion, it is best to go to the ER and get yourself examined and treated urgently.

I hope you will recover soon.

Warm regards.
