Brief Answer:
Please could you please try to upload again your test reports?

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

Unfortunately I can not see any blood lab tests attached to this question.

From the other hand, the quality of the ECG image is really low and I can not see it clearly. Could you please try to upload again, a photo of the ECG taken closer and try to upload again your blood lab tests.

Regarding the terms, here is some general information:
- D-dimmer is a protein which usually increased in blood after a thromb formation. So, it indicates the presence of pulmonary embolism or deep vein thrombosis
- giant cells, and the other term (polychorisma), which you may have misspelled, are related to the blood cell forms, which may indicate underlying pathology.

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr. Ilir Sharka

Please try again!

Detailed Answer:
I am sorry, but again there is a problem with the image quality, even with blood lab tests.

When I zoom , they are flu. I can't read them.

Please take two other pictures more closer, so they become visible.

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Please let me know about everything!
Wishing all the best,

I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Yes, I can review your tests now.

Your blood lab tests are within the normal ranges.

D -dimer levels are low (normal ranges less than 500 ng/mL). Anyway, I would like to know the lab normal ranges too (different labs have different normal ranges, based on the machines that they use during the test.

Regarding Polychromasia, they refer to immature red blood cells, which usually increase in number during acute bleeding or trauma (when the bone marrow is forcing to produce new blood as soon as possible).
The same is for giant platelets, which are immature platelets, which occur when the bone marrow is forcing to produce new blood as soon as possible.

Anyway, this is a low percentage of such immature blood cells and the blood count is otherwise unremarkable. I don't think that these findings have any clinical significance or correlation to your complaints.

The other tests are unremarkable too.

Regarding your resting ECG, it shows just sinus tachycardia. Nothing serious. I don't see anything abnormal in this resting ECG.

So, I would like to know more about your chest pain:

- Is it triggered by deep breathing or manual pressure on the chest? Is it triggered by any certain body position? This would be indicative of musculoskeletal pain. In such case, there is no reason to panic. Acetaminophen or ibuprofen would help improve your situation. Warm local packs on the chest too.

- Is the pain modulated by eating or hunger? This could be indicative of a stomach issue (possible acid reflux or gastritis).

As the pain was at rest (it made you wake up), considering this resting ECG, I would exclude any serious cardiac issue.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Please let me know in case of further questions!

Regards,

Dr. Iliri
