I Was Staying At Resort And Had Some Drinks, Went

Question: I was staying at resort and had some drinks, went to sauna to swimming pool back and forth, by the time I went back to my room, needless to say I was exhausted, I passed out on the chair outside, I remember this chair was uncomfortable and it was hurting my buttock. it was very hot outside. I woke up and i was super dehydrated, went back into room and had some more sleep.
since then, it feels like my leg doesn't seem to have proper blood flow. when i sit, it feels like there is a pressure building up in my vein around my leg like there is a blockage in my blood flow that it's uncomfortable so i have to constantly change position. if i keep still, my legs start feeling tingling. there is no visible sign of anything unusual on my legs, I can still walk and do most of stuff, but feels like it's not going away. I did ultrasound on my legs to check for blood flow and they said it's fine. at this point no clue what it is or where to seek help for this. thank you

Brief Answer:
The symptoms are typical of severe dehydration.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The symptoms are typical of severe dehydration. If the fluid content in the body reduced rapidly, there will be accumulation of lactic acid ( a metabolite of body function) in the muscles and causes muscle cramps and excessive fatigue. And there will be loss of sodium and other electrolytes which worsen the symptoms.
Nothing much to worry and it will resolve with conservative management.
As of now drink plenty of fluids as much you can especially salted fluids.
You will be fine in couple of days. If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and start IV fluids.
Wishing all the best
