I Was Having Trouble Sleeping Last Night From Pain In
Question: I was having trouble sleeping last night from pain in my lower back due to a detirating spinal disease. I was having cramps all night in my right lower calf and foot and my left leg was cramping all night But this morning my left leg looks swollen but hard to the touch. And it is so sore and hard to walk on. what can I do and what could it be

Pain and swelling in left lower limb could be due to Deep venous Thrombosis(DVT) or Cellulitis (Infection of skin and subcutaneous tissue). Colour Doppler of the left lower limb will give a clue.
Regarding pain in right leg ,it could be due to Neurlogical problem.
I would like to know more about your Spinal disease?What is the exact diagnosis?What is the treatment that you have taken for it?
Please consult your doctor ,get examined clinically and get a Colour Doppler of the left leg.Treatment depends on the Diagnosis.

I have had diterating spinal disease since 2012 it has now gotten worse. I use to get injections on the lower spine and back into physical therapy. And I am also have been on Norcos 10mg-325. For 7years also they are not going the job anymore
I am in so much pain all the time. They used to work every four months. And now I had injections on. December 19 the and they only lasted 7weeks I had to have them again March 15th. I have physical therapy coming up on the 22 of this month and I am trying to get out of pain enough to handle it. But I do need to go. I do these same thing physical therapy teachers me and ido them at home. I have bought all the stuff they use. I really don't want surgery. I have heard it doesn't work, you could get worse.
