Brief Answer:
SECOND HAND SMOKE

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Passive smoking has been related to bronchitis and lung cancer is quite uncommon.

Lung cancer presents as chest pain, shortness of breath, wheezing, cough with sputum, blood in sputum and most of the time(not always) there is a long history (of 2 or more decades) of active smoking.

As you have normal chest radiograph and only a history of exposure to second hand smoke,so it is unlikely that you have got any physical issues.
For the peace of mind, you can go for high resolution CT Scan (HRCT) CHEST.

Don't over think and get yourself destressed.

Hope that I have answered your query.
If you have any doubts, please let me know.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards .
