Brief Answer:
Start exercising regularly.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr Sandep,

Fatty liver is accumulation of fat inside the liver.

This usually happens when there is less utilisation of glucose by the body and when there is an abnormality in carbohydrate and lipid metabolism which is very commonly seen in people who consume alcohol on a daily basis.

The only treatment for fatty liver is exercise and stopping alcohol consumption and checking for diabetes or prediabetes.

Kindly consult your local doctor once for proper diagnosis and initiate exercise daily.

Running, or swimming or jogging for 45 minutes daily will be enough.

I hope that answers your query.

Best regards
