I Was At A Bar And A Drunk Idiot Came

Question: I was at a bar and a drunk idiot came in my face. He was eating a sandwich and when close to my face a small part of his saliva and a droplet of bread went in my mouth which i accidentally swallowed. Do you see any health issue associated with that?
