I feel itchy in chest, abdomen, laps and back but no bumps, not that much at night

Ok. It could just be due to extreme dryness of skin. Try using a moisturizer regularly, twice a day. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
