Question: I think i have a bug/larvae or something nesting on my head. I cant see much with the naked eye but the pictures match what I am feeling. There seems to be some type of biofilm on my scalp with red and clear bumps that come from the scalp and lay eggs. it hads not responded to lice treatment or ivermectin.%C2%A0

This started at the first heat wave of summer.
It is worse at night time
It feels like tiny clear shards falling/jumping to the ground
My scalp feels tight and periodic sharp knife like stabs
My ears/face turn bright red and i have a lump in my ear.
Head pain is very intense but more generalized%C2%A0
It feels like my hair being pulled hard and twisted in knots
My legs and arms tingle with an electric burn with light pulse.%C2%A0
It feels like wet goop sliding or falling down my skin.%C2%A0
Clear/skin colored paples slide on my skin
No fever but internally it feels like i have one

I used a nit come and got the egg/bugs pictured in the bath tub.%C2%A0
I am not sure if related-but i also found the yellow bug after getting out of shower

I am concerned over Tunganis and/or Myiasis but I don't know what to look for or if this is consistent.%C2%A0

please help or advise on what this is and how to treat.
