Thanks for posting your query.
You asked for your suspicion about Herpes infection.
Herpes infection in human beings are two types and caused by two entirely different types of virus.
1. Herpes simplex 1 and 2 caused by HSV 1 and 2
2. Herpes zoster caused by Varicella zoster virus
I saw the pictures sent by you. You had not mentioned the duration of these lesions and whether these lesions are painful or itchy.
Anyhow, by looking these lesions, they are very much unlikely to be either Herpes simplex or herpes zoster infection. It looks like some bacterial infection and possibly hair folliculitis.
Anyhow consult a dermato- venereologist and get cured soon.
