I Started Using Peroxide Mixed With Water As A Mouthwash

Question: I started using peroxide mixed with water as a mouthwash probably 4-5 days a week for maybe two months now. 3% peroxide diluted with water probably 2:1-4:1. I don’t really measure… probably average around 3:1. I’m going to stop because I didn’t realize it was bad for you. It started when I started using the solution to soak my mouth guard in the morning. I have bad anxiety and now I’m freaking out about this. Have I done anything that will effect my health? I don’t swallow any of it… but I’m worried I may have done something bad.
