I Started Developing These Small White Bumps On The Shaft

Question: I started developing these small white bumps on the shaft of my penis about a month ago. it started as a small patch on the lower area then spread a little higher and seems to hasn't spread anymore since.. from the supplied photos can you help me figure out what they are. also they do not burn or itch. if you need anymore details please ask. I have never had unprotected sex, always with a condom and with one girl only

It seems to be lichen nitidus which is an immune related condition of the skin.
It is not a sexually transmitted disease.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
This should resolve it.

Hi! I have just read online that using cortisone cream on a penis is not safe. is there a alternative or is what I read false information?
